BY SIGNING YOUR CONTRACT AND/OR ACCEPTING ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Understanding the nature of pest control, it’s not a question of if pests might return, but when. As our valued customer, you acknowledge that ongoing treatments may be necessary to effectively manage certain pest infestations. Should you encounter pest issues between scheduled treatments, Integrity Pest Control commits to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, contingent upon your adherence to this agreement’s terms. Seasonal variations, neighboring conditions, and structural characteristics may necessitate multiple treatments to ensure control. Integrity Pest Control pledges to make reasonable efforts to meet estimated performance dates, recognizing these as guides rather than guarantees.
LIMITATIONS AND CUSTOMER COOPERATION: Despite our commitment to retreat as needed, Integrity Pest Control cannot promise total eradication of pests or prevent infestations from neighboring properties. Your cooperation is crucial. You shall: (a) facilitate access to your property for service execution, including securing pets and unlocking gates; (b) promptly respond to requests for information or access necessary for service delivery; (c) consult with your family physician regarding sensitivities to odors or chemicals, as treatments may leave transient scents.
ACCESSIBILITY: Our standard service includes exterior treatment on a quarterly or bimonthly basis. Ensure pets are secured and gates unlocked on service days. Inaccessible premises will result in exterior treatment only, with a service record left at your door. The standard service charge applies, with a no-charge option for a return visit to address untreated areas. Additional services requested between regular visits do not alter the primary service schedule.
WASP COVERAGE: Included in our services is the extermination of visible exterior wasp nests, up to 20 feet off the ground. This does not extend to bee nest removal, or to wasps and bees within walls or soffits.
TERMINATION: A termination fee, in addition to any due payments, may apply. Post-initial term, either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days’ prior notice. Integrity Pest Control may also terminate immediately for non-payment or non-compliance by the customer.
WAIVERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You release Integrity Pest Control from liability for personal injuries or property damage arising from pest-related issues, excepting claims submitted in writing within one year of the incident. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total paid or payable under this agreement over the preceding twelve months.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION: By agreeing to these terms, you forego the right to court litigation in favor of binding arbitration in Lodi, CA, for any disputes, conducted per the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Rules.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Except as explicitly stated, Integrity Pest Control provides services “AS IS,” disclaiming all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MISCELLANEOUS: Invalid or unenforceable provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining terms. Certain provisions survive the agreement’s termination. Amendments must be in writing. This agreement constitutes the full understanding between parties, superseding prior agreements. Reliance is solely on documented terms. This agreement is governed by California state laws.
